Job Search and Placement
Placement built around your specialty and situation — first attending job, mid-career move, or relocation — not a mass resume blast.
What's included
A first attending job search is a different problem than a mid-career move, and both are different from relocating for a spouse’s job or a kid’s school district. DocNation’s placement service starts by identifying which of those you’re actually in, then builds the search around it — the specialty-specific job board, direct outreach where it makes sense, and offer evaluation once something real comes in.
This is not a resume-blast service. If you’re a resident six months from graduation, the timeline and leverage look nothing like a mid-career attending with three years of RVU data to negotiate from — the strategy has to match the stage.
When an offer is close to signable, it hands off directly into contract review — you shouldn’t have to re-explain your situation to a different team.
