We’re sorry to see you go. Submit the form below to cancel your DocNation Advocacy Membership. You can also cancel by emailing team@docnation.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
When your cancellation takes effect
- Within 14 days of joining (either plan): If you haven’t used any member benefits, we’ll refund your payment in full and end your membership right away. Monthly members are released from the annual commitment.
- Annual members: Your membership ends at the end of your current paid year, and you won’t be charged again.
- Monthly members: Monthly plans are an annual commitment paid in 12 monthly installments. Your membership ends at the end of your current membership year (your next membership anniversary), and your monthly dues continue until then. To avoid starting a new year, cancel before your anniversary.
You keep all your member benefits until your cancellation takes effect. We’ll email you within 2 business days to confirm your end date. See Section 4 of the Membership Terms for details.
